Who this is for

You’re at a genuine threshold. Maybe menopause brought you here, or maybe it was something else: a bereavement, retirement, the end of years of caring for someone else. Either way, the future you’d assumed no longer quite applies, and you know it.

You’ve got real resources to work with – time, some money, people you love, things you enjoy. What you’re missing isn’t raw material. It’s the picture of what this next chapter is actually for.

  • You’re navigating midlife changes alongside big life moments – caring for elderly relatives, kids leaving home, a job change, a relationship ending or beginning.
  • You want to pause, reflect, and make sense of where you are now – then start writing the next chapter on your own terms.
  • You’d like to reconnect with what matters most to you, and explore new directions without pressure or overwhelm.

Coaching, your way

I offer one-to-one and group coaching.

One-to-one is bespoke – you bring whatever you need or want to bring, and we go from there.

Group sessions cover more defined ground, but the discussions, and how we work within them, are different every time.

Either way, we work as equals: I’m good at creating the space where you do your best thinking, but you’re always the expert on you, deciding what you want, and which path you’ll take.

It’s My Time

It’s My Time is a small, live, group session with breakout conversations, one exercise that shows you exactly where your energy is going, and a question worth taking home with you. Ninety minutes, no homework!

Next session: date will be announced soon Tickets £20, booking essential.

It all starts with a conversation

All Lupa coaching starts with a confidential exploratory conversation. You’ll get the chance to talk about what’s going on, ask questions, and think about whether coaching with Lupa feels right for you.

This first Discovery Call is free, with no obligation.

If something here speaks to you, that’s enough reason to get in touch. You don’t need the perfect opening line. “I saw your website and I’m not sure where to start” works fine too.
